You shift your investment of energy from systems that need your confusion and delusion to survive and you invest yourSELF in making the marks only you can make, contributing layers to a lighter experience of reality only you can leave….. in your own life, in your relationships, your community and in the world.
What starts on the inside, within your human technology, ripples out to lay a whole new earth grid anchored in and emanating from the creative love of NATURE embodied in and emerging through your precious human form.
Artificial Intelligence cannot replace the seeds that grow inside you through your own life experience. Artificial Intelligence cannot be or do YOU. Only YOU can be YOU in this world.

The Inner Studio is a five-layer invitation back to what you are beyond your DNA, back to your most fundamental quality….. YourSELF as Nature….
The Inner Studio is from where your creative intelligence spontaneously unfurls into the world in the same way it has been governing the beat of your heart in each and every step your life has taken.
This potent and powerful creative fire burns within you without your permission or guidance. It has a completely different frequency to anything artificial intelligence will ever produce. It never needs external authority for its rhythm or direction and it lives in you as your creative source.
As we move deeper into a world saturated in the output of AI, we will gravitate more and more to the higher frequencies of organic creativity over synthetic reproductions, authentic relating with real humans living from the joy of their own spontaneous unfurling.
I call it living from the Inner Director.....
the CEO of YOU that magics up the inner business of your life and unfurls your vital self in each and every step you take. Your Inner Director is the voice of the vocal silence that knows, before the mind catches up, what the true and right next step is.
The only thing that has ever truly cut through the warring and returned me to myself….. through dissolution, disillusionment and the great crumbling of everything I thought I was building….. is the still raging creative fire at the source of my own being. The fire that will rewrite any story, any timeline and any drama until it’s aligned with nothing but LOVE.
You have this too. It’s called purification and it literally burns away all that does not belong.
Why me, why this, why now?
This invitation is the accumulation of 20+ years working as a hypnotherapist and mentor, yoga and meditation teacher with people in the field of personal transformation and change during major life transitions. It’s born now….. when everything has gotten so LOUD we’ve forgotten the pure joy of being human.
The past several years changed the world, and us all along with it. The cracks showed in my personal life and rippled out to change the country I lived in, how I work, parent and love. They changed how I think, what I feel and rearranged what I want and what I need till I could no longer recognize myself. Through my own deconstruction and reconstruction, life threw me into creativity in the form of large scale abstract art and held me in it’s arms while it led me from within rewriting the future in each new step I took.
What started as a five page PDF guide back to the sanity of self beyond the theatre of social media, political lunacy and marital meltdown became a 40,000 word ebook, traversing five layers through the fabric of reality, reclaiming sovereign authorship of life, love and purpose, audio recordings, guided embodiment cues for reflection and a living community of people exploring the field of creativity in personal, community and global levels.
This is just the beginning. I have no idea how far this will go, that depends on you and if you’ll choose to leave your creative imprint as only YOU can. And I really hope you do.
This is an invitation to rewrite your life as a living canvas….. It’s different to a course to consume or a curriculum to complete…..

The Inner Studio is the unfurling of my own One Step Plan. As I put this webpage together I’m really not sure what’s going to happen, I’m just putting one foot in front of the other and doing what my Inner Director tells me to. My biggest fear is opening the doors to an empty room, but I’m going to do this anyway. I don’t want to outsource to AI to get this out into the world so my hope is that if you’re reading this you will share it with other’s you’d like to unfurl your inner Nature with. Together we can organically grow a whole new forest of consciousness rooted in the soils of our own creative fire. I can’t wait to see what reality we weave.
