When you’re at that point where the identity that got you ‘here’ can’t be the identity that takes you ‘there’…. and the life you’ve lived till now, has no business creating the life that wants to be lived next….. your identity is reconfiguring itself.
You can anything from feel lost and disoriented to knowing your next step and being terrified to take it…. you might only have breadcrumbs…. or the scent of what’s next…
….perhaps the business still works but operates in a bandwidth of frequency that no longer holds life… maybe the children have grown and no longer need you in the same way…. or your most intimate relationship has changed in invisibly visible ways… or that book won’t leave you alone… perhaps you keep imagining yourself in another country…. or you want to put your name on work you’ve previously kept hidden…. maybe your ambition has rearranged itself into foreign turf or dissolved completely… your tolerance for compromise has disappeared… the world you’re living in just doesn’t resonate anymore. Whatever it is… you simply cannot keep creating your future through the identity that built your past.
I call this an Identity Threshold…. the place where who you have been no longer fits what you are here to create, experience or become next. When our identity breaks up it can feel as if the world is falling apart and we no longer recognize the version of SELF we’ve been till now…. but everything is now falling into place and a new, more narrow, bandwidth of frequency is stabilizing… an embodied clear and potent strength is emerging through you that you’ve never before experienced or known possible.
You’re standing at the edge of something you’ve never done before, as someone you’ve never been before… and the only way you can know this territory and reveal it’s path, is one step at a time…

I’ve become increasingly devoted to my OWN self guidance, my OWN self correction, my OWN self direction… my own Creative Fire.
The answer you are looking for is always in the very step you are taking right NOW
so ask yourself:
Are you listening to, and trusting, the deepest part of you now available?
Or: Are you still living life by the programs you have swallowed, digested and assimilated along the way to live some plan for a vision that’s not really yours, certainly not for who you are today?
AND: How do you feel the difference in your body?
The future calling you forward has no historical evidence to justify itself; because you haven’t lived it yet. Now-moment YOU can only tell you about the reality it already knows how to create, and create more of it.
At some point, you have to become willing to form a Relationship with an identity for which you have no historical evidence…. and begin paying attention to what becomes available from there.
Nature knows how to do this.
And you too, are Nature.
Nature is naturally creative and abundant. So much so that it innately creates it’s own fruit that it leaves to rot on the ground, which it will then compost back into itself as its own nourishment. You know exactly when to root deep, sprout leaves, bloom flowers, grow fruit, decay, recycle and start again.
Just like Nature, you only need to trust the next step. The whole path does not need to reveal itself out the gate. When you learn to notice what has your Attention, recognize what feels coherent, discern whats actually yours….. and then take the next step… that step changes your vantage point, then the next step becomes visible.
The answer you are looking for is always in the step you are taking right now.
I work with people standing at these Identity Thresholds…. people who can sense a Future Self living a life their Now-moment Self couldn’t even conceive possible, because they’re still holding the patterns, programs, fears, relationships and historical identities that keep pulling them back to what they already know.
My super power is in seeing, and mirroring back to you, the patterns that keep you stuck and connecting you with the ones that move you forward . My role is to cheerlead you with small nudges (and the odd box of matches) helping you to trust what you already know enough to act on it as you walk the creative and abundant life-path Nature has already laid.
Sometimes that means sitting together and pulling apart a pattern until we can see what is actually going on inside it, then choosing a new one.
Sometimes the conscious mind has already had the same conversation seventeen thousand times and we use Somatic Hypnosis to access the information, patterns and responses that aren’t necessarily available through thinking alone.
Sometimes I bring in the Tarot as a snapshot of the current moment, revealing relationships, perspectives and possibilities that are difficult to see when you’re standing right in the middle of them.
Sometimes you already know exactly what the next step is and you need someone to hold your hand while you do the thing you’ve never done before, while becoming the one who can do it.
I have no 12 step program or end goal… just the finding of your instructions… your own Original Signal… your own Creative Fire.
We’re all creatives, whether it’s abstract art or pottery, building a 7 figure business, growing a new community, raising a family, unfurling a new creative talent you’ve stumbled into, or the deepening of something you’ve known all along.
Creativity is Human Nature finding expression through a human life.

Why me?
On paper I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, have a degree in psychology, papers in Internal Family Systems, Psychosynthesis and various other cognitive behavioral modalities, have been reading the Tarot for nearly 40 years (and use them to reveal patterns contributing to your now moment and future timelines), have personal fitness and yoga teacher trainings up the wazoo, zen and tantric meditation, and most importantly thousands of hours of silence sitting in the fires of pure discomfort.
I’ve also lived my own fair share of Identity Thresholds. I’ve left countries, marriages, careers, communities and identities. I’ve started all over again in every decade of my life, most recently again my 50’s. I’ve fucked things up and I’ve made miracles happen. I’ve followed breadcrumbs that made no sense at the time and watched entire realities emerge from taking one step I could never have planned had I stopped to think about it.
Now that this latest threshold has birthed the abstract artist who’s been waiting her turn to express… I’ve realized the pure magic in the not so reckless One Step Plan.
Becoming an artist still makes me laugh because I had no historical evidence whatsoever that I could paint…. I just started painting.
What matters most in this work is that your own Creative Fire is blazing the trail, rather than another external authority telling you what you can and can’t do and who you should become. That’s why the invitation is to return to your SELF.
