I live by what yes and no feel like
in my body,
and have taught myself
to hear the inner knowing
that only I
as Nature
can know,
acclimated and rooted in
the frequency of LOVE.
As your frequency increases and more of you comes online, your bandwidth becomes more narrow and you find yourself walking the razor’s edge. You’re called more and more devotedly to your OWN self guidance, your OWN self correction, your OWN self direction… your own creative SUPER POWER.
What will turn you back into your SELF is your re-cognizing that the answer you are looking for is in the very step you are taking right now. The answer isn’t the problem, it is the questions you are asking.
Instead ask yourself:
Are you listening to, and trusting, the deepest part of you?
Or: Are you still being run by the programs you have swallowed, digested and assimilated along the way and pushing through some plan for a vision that’s not really yours?
AND: How do you tell the difference?
Nature is naturally abundant. So abundant it bears fruit that it leaves to rot on the ground, which it will then compost back into itself as its own nourishment.
You too, are Nature.
You too, are this abundant,
that creative.
You know exactly when to root deep, sprout leaves, bloom flowers, grow fruit, decay, recycle and start again.
Like nature you only need to trust the next step.
And that is what I’m here for.

I offer mentorship containers, of varying durations, created to return you to self trust, cheerlead you back to living life by your own personal instructions that naturally unfurl the nature of you… then I step away, and you carrying on, rooted in the source of your OWN pure love being.
My super power is in seeing patterns and cheerleading my clients, with small nudges (and the odd box of matches) to live in a new world reality, architected in the frequency of pure love and radical creativity, through the personal instructions laid out by their aligned future self.
We’re all creatives, whether it’s abstract art or pottery, building a business, growing a new community, raising a family, unfurling a new creative talent you’ve stumbled into, or the deepening of something you’ve known all along, YOU are the creator of your reality and you get to do it your OWN dam way.
On paper I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, have a degree in psychology, papers in Internal Family Systems, Psychosynthesis and various other cognitive behavioral modalities, have been reading the tarot for nearly 40 years (and use them as a snap shot of the current moment), have personal fitness and yoga teacher trainings up the wazoo, zen and tantric meditation, and most importantly thousands of hours of silence sitting in the fires of pure discomfort.
But what matters most is that it is my own source connection that is running the show, no 12 step formula or AI prompts here.

All pricing is set to a Sliding Scale Donation structure. Please choose the time duration right for you and adjust the USD figure to the investment right for you and your needs at this time. You can always add a top-up later if you feel called to, and you can lengthen your container at any point also.
Your Revolution
This six month container gives you the most access to me in this radical opportunity to revolutionize how you relate to yourSELF, learn to trust the technology of your human at the deepest level possible, connect to your most aligned version of future self and kick off a new 9 year cycle for 2026 in a profoundly powerful way.
We will meet for a total of four two hour deep dive sessions, in addition to meeting every two weeks for an hour and a half. You will also have access to me via WhatsApp text messages and emails in between so you can ask now-moment questions. These will be answered within 24 hours.
The Pattern Breaker
This four month container can be used to break old patterns by returning to yourSELF minus the cycles and ways of being that used to limit your self expression. 2026 starts a new 9 year cycle so use this to specifically focus on an area of life you want to accentuate moving forward.
We will meet for two hour sessions every two weeks.
Two two hour deep dive sessions.
Plus one or two emails per week if required for questions in between – with 24 hour turn around for response.
Return to Self
This two month container is your initiation back to the you you were before the programs and automatic commentary took over your inner hard drive. It’s wonderful way to get clear and connected with the heart of who you are and what you really want moving forward.
Here we will meet weekly for an hour and a half and have one two hour long deep dive session at a point of your choice.
Plus one or two emails per week if required for questions in between – with 24 hour turn around for response.
One Stepping It
These 90 minute sessions can be used as an introduction to working together and finding the first step in your own One Step Plan. You can also use them for quick top ups after the longer term containers, or to assess your alignment to go deeper in a container that will hold and support your transition through a layer of life and/or creativity; it’s all creativity in the end. Knowing, and learning to trust yourSELF enough to actually TAKE your next step, is where you build the muscle to live a radically free and aligned life path.
Tarot Exploration
This is a one hour mentorship using the Tarot to guide you into deeper levels of self love, integrity and honesty, aligning you with your personal gifts and to your most important inner circle relationships. Use this hour as a tool for gleaning insight and inner wisdom, boundary setting, life path correction and boosting your confidence to trust youSELF. With 2025 ending a 9 year cycle, a 2026 forecast will open a new cycle by guiding you onto the timeline of your most aligned future self and into the slipstream of the reality you most want to live.
