Carmel Boone ART is a human being in the form of a woman who creates collaborative abstract art using mostly acrylic paint, other mixed media and her own hands and body. All art by Carmel Boone is void of artificial intelligence and created through the natural unfurling of Nature through her own biological infrastructure. The only exception will be in the form of limited edition prints replicated without enhancement from the original art work. You will know that the prints are authentic as they will have her hand print with a signature written by her own on the back of them. Anything else is deemed fake news!
ORDERS
Making a purchase:
When an order is placed on www.CarmelBoone.ART, you are agreeing to purchase the item at the price stated subject to these terms. All care will be taken to ensure that any information appearing on this website is accurate and correct.
Dispatch Time:
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days from acceptance of order. These times are subject to change at any time. Notice will be given of any delays that may occur due to conditions outside of the control of Carmel Boone ART). Please note that orders will not be sent without full and final payment.
Cancellation of an order by us:
Carmel Boone ART reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to the following reasons:
If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified via email and reimbursed as soon as is possible.
Items ordered on backorder:
In the case of commissions or prints, if an item is ordered on backorder, a lead time for manufacturing will be added to the original estimated dispatch time of 7 working days. Creation of original art is a variable process and will be discussed and decided upon between collector and artist for each individual situation. Please note that all creation times are approximate and subject to change, but if a date is set it will be met with all human possibility.
Please note that all items will be shipped together once back-ordered products have ben completed. Should you wish to have your other items sent prior to the back-ordered products completion, please contact us via email and we will try our best to make an arrangement.
Guarantee on art work:
All art work sold by Carmel Boone, carries a 1 year workmanship guarantee. Should any item received be damaged upon receipt or experience a fault due to the creation process within 1 year of receipt, we will offer to repair or exchange the item once an assessment has been completed on the item. However, should the items show signs of damage or forced deformation not as a result of the creation process, the customer will be charged to repair or exchange the item. All work is intended to have archival quality and it is expected that your art work will last a life time when transported, cared for and hung with loving care.
PRICES
Prices of artwork originals and limited edition prints are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) on the website and are VAT/GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Original art is an investment and always expected to increase. As time goes on prices will likely increase.
Promotional Codes:
On occasion, Carmel Boone ART may offer promotional discount codes on specific items. These codes may be used in lieu of discount on specific items. Please note that these codes may only be used on full priced items and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discount codes.
Products:
Please note that Carmel Boone ART reserves the right to discontinue any print or original art at any time without prior notice. All prints are limited edition and once the release number has been sold there will be no further reproductions printed. Ever!
DELIVERY
Charges:
Global delivery is currently free of charge, but customs charges and any other charges above of packaging, shipping and insurance will be charged in addition to the price of the product.
We reserve the right to change this arrangement at any time. Customers will be notified if shipping will be included in the future.
Should an order be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will be charged a shipping fee for re-shipping.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final so please go with your own inner YES, and live with it. These pieces are living works of art that emanate a frequency that will imbibe and imbue you over time. You may not know why you have bought a certain piece until it’s message is imparted from your wall days, weeks or months later. Carmel has lived with most of her work for some time before it ends up in a gallery or show for sale. From personal experience she will tell you that your perception and experience of the work will change over time. Once the “work” of your piece is finished with you, you can sell it on if you so choose. This work is an investment and like all art, it’s value is expected to increase over time. So get curious and enjoy. Something special is happening, for on the other side of resistance is always freedom.
Faulty Items:
Please note that we will only accept faulty items for return if the items are delivered to you damaged or if a fault due to the creation process occurs within the above mentioned 1 year guarantee period.
Incorrect ring size ordered:
All sizes are listed in the gallery. Please measure twice and order once! All sales are final.
Repairs:
If you drop or damage your artwork, feel free to reach out to Carmel Boone ART to help you find a solution local to you. But know that it is your responsibility and expense to repair.

Carmel Boone ART reserves the right to alter our terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. The customers continued use of this website acts as acceptance of these terms and conditions and any changes that may have been made. It is the customers responsibility to check the terms and conditions and any changes that may have been made.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is New Zealand. Transaction currency is The New Zealand Dollar (NZD).
Country of domicile:
This website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and Carmel Boone ART chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature
